These days I’m at Sunlight, where we take traditional services in healthcare and rebuild them from first principles as AI-native businesses. Product/FDE by day, builder by night. Two things have my wheels turning lately. One is what an AI-native services business really looks like: which parts of the work AI can own end to end, where people still matter most, and how you build for outcomes instead of just software. The other is how parents can hold on to family memories while photo and video libraries pile up into digital clutter. About to be a dad of two, so that one’s personal.
